Founded by Kerrie Lynch, former CEO and senior executive with more than two decades of leadership experience in the disability and not-for-profit sector, including nine years at executive level reporting directly to Boards. Prior to this she was a nurse for 14 years at the local Albury Base Hospital.
Experience leading organisations through growth, complexity and change, with responsibility for organisational performance, governance, and strategic direction. She has led regional services exceeding $3 million in annual turnover.
Successfully led through the introduction of the NDIS and the ever changing framework and reforms since. Kerrie can see the opportunities and still sensibly measure risk. She has been down the road that you are on so she fully understands the challenges.
Experienced in making changes to the hierarchy, clarifying/modifying roles and duties. The cost of staying the same (and hoping for the best) will simply leave you behind and we need quality services in regional areas.
